Housing Information
Orlando Culinary Academy works with Collegiate Housing Services (CHS) to offer comfortable and affordable shared student housing in apartments near campus.
The typical housing configuration is a furnished, two-bedroom, one or two-bathroom apartment, with utilities paid, and shared by up to four same-gender Orlando Culinary Academy students. In most cases, each student will share a bedroom with another student although a limited number of private bedrooms may be available at a higher cost. Each student signs an individual lease which may be tailored to the school's scholastic terms.
